See All ReviewsThis was a good Starbucks in Katy area & the only one thats open till 10:30 pm for studying or writing. But ever since they changed the interior layout/seating arrangement its not been very comfortable to sit there. It feels more scattered/all over the place; not very supportive to do work/study. The previous layout was more linear and organized and I do miss that. Regarding service some staffs are really friendly and provide good customer service while some are just task oriented (which doesn't bother me so much).
They have a very INHUMANE behavior. My husband ordered our drinks while my dog and I sat in the patio while waiting for the drinks. I went inside and asked for a cup of water for my dog. They told me that THEY CANNOT GIVE WATER with no order. I explained first of all my husband ordered our drinks second a cup of water which you give away for free why should it be tied to an order. They first tried to figure out if I was telling the truth before anything. ALL I WANTED WAS A CUP OF WATER FOR MY DOG. Only when I lost it to why you should be so cruel and inhumane, they with the rudest attitude told me we can give you water! A WATER WHICH THEY GIVE FREE ANYWAYS! The store shift lead who was Matthew was the rudest of all.
I just picked up my quick fix for my overnight shift.First off, Mads, customer service at 10:15p was phenomenal. It was like she just began her shift. She acknowledged me, greeted me with a smile, help me pick out the right drink, and even suggested weight to make my drink unique. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service. It truly is appreciated. A smile and kind gesture goes a long way.
